LefBag Shop is powered by Shopify, enabling us to provide the Services to you.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. LefBag Shop reserves the right to accept or reject your order at its sole discretion for any reason. Your order is not accepted until LefBag Shop confirms it. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. After your order has been accepted, LefBag Shop may not be able to honor a cancellation request.
If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting you via the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided during the ordering process.
Returns or exchanges are permitted only in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal use or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.
ARTICLE 4 – PRICING AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service is the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set forth in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices listed are exclusive of taxes, shipping costs, handling fees, customs duties, and import fees.

ARTICLE 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. Once the products have been handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.

You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services. We do not monitor or have control over these tools.

LefBag Shop uses Shopify to provide the Services. However, all sales and purchases made in our store are conducted directly with LefBag Shop. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any sales-related aspect between you and LefBag Shop, including any injury, damage, or loss arising from purchased products or services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to your purchases from and transactions with LefBag Shop.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LefBag Shop, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to (1) your breach of these Service Terms or incorporated documents; (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (3) your access to or use of the Services.
We will notify you of any claim subject to indemnification, provided that failure to give prompt notice does not relieve you of your obligations unless materially prejudicial. We may control the defense and settlement of such claims at your expense, except that we will not settle claims imposing non-monetary obligations on you without your consent. You agree to cooperate in the defense of any such claims.

If any provision of these Service Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed. You and LefBag Shop consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
