Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including the standard shipping costs for the original delivery.

Please note: the cost of returning the product from your address to our webshop is at your own expense, unless stated otherwise.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we ask that you return the product with all supplied accessories, in its original (unused) condition, and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging.

Refunds
We will refund the amount due within 14 days after your notification of return, provided that the product has been received in good order or you can provide proof of shipment. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you explicitly agree to another method.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products made according to your specifications (custom-made or personalized items).
